Stay In Sports-Shape While On Vacation

female_runner.jpgIf your idea of an ideal vacation involves taking a break from everything, including your workouts, please stop reading this now… In a recent Runner’s Worldfeature, Jeff Galloway outlined a simple and effective plan for those of us who want to maintain at least their basic level of athletic conditioning while traveling. The long-weekend running plan is surprisingly simple, not at all time consuming, and is a welcomed reason to move your workouts from florescently-lit hotel gyms to the great outdoors.
