Do We Really Act Entitled in the Workplace?

Do we really think we deserve higher pay and better benefits than our older counterparts?

Many say that the answer is a big YES.

However, could it be possible that we are just hard working and confident in the value we can bring to the table?

The question of whether we act entitled on the job and in our internships was recently raised in an article on CNN and we wanted to keep the discussion going. According to CNN’s “Generation Y: Too Demanding at Work?,” we’ve got a new attitude that with the costs of college and grad schools skyrocketing and the often intense expectations put on us by employers, we’re worth every penny and company-issued crackberry that we get.
