Chain Restaurants Busted: ‘Low Fat” Dishes Pack on the Pounds

quesadilla.jpgMany restaurants today offer low calorie and low fat entrees on their menus to help you make healthier choices. Most of the time, those menu items list out their promised nutritional values beside the entrée.

Baltimore’s own ABC Channel 2 News tested the ‘low fat, low calorie’ menu options from some of the restaurants where you dine and learned that you may be getting a lot more than you ordered.
